May 9 Today in OPC History

On invitation of the Military Chaplains Association of the United States of America, the Rev. Robert S. Marsden represented the Orthodox Presbyterian Church at the meeting of May 9, 1956. He was accompanied to Washington, D.C. by the Rev. Robert H. Graham. Mr. Marsden reported to the Twenty-third General Assembly that the meeting was well worth while as he and Mr. Graham were questioned regarding the work of one of the Orthodox Presbyterian chaplains. Mr. Marsden also requested that the Assembly provide reimbursement of his and Mr. Graham's expenses which totaled $12.47.
