February 11 Today in OPC History

On February 11, 1970, the Presbytery of Southern California concurred with the recommendation of the Thirty-Sixth (1969) General Assembly that the bounds of the Presbytery of Southern California include the state of Arizona. In 1994, Calvin OPC in Phoenix became the first official OPC congregation in Arizona. In addition to Calvin Church, current OPC congregations in Arizona include Reformation OPC in Apache Junction, Concho Valley in Concho, Prescott Presbyterian in Prescott, Covenant OPC in Tuscon, and Yuma OPC in Yuma.
