The college is providing staff for some positions normally filled by volunteers, so the COA will reduce the number of volunteers needed this year.
If arriving by air, you should schedule your flight into Sioux Falls Regional Airport (FSD).
Shuttle vans will transport you between the airport and the General Assembly. You can anticipate a 1 hour and 15 minute shuttle ride from the airport to the Dordt campus.
You should arrive on Wednesday (July 7) and depart on Wednesday (July 14). If you need to arrive or depart outside the listed times, please contact Jesse Montgomery before making reservations.
* Shuttle service does not start until Wednesday at 9 AM. Earlier arrivals will have to wait.
** For scheduled departures earlier than 3 PM the traveller will have to make their own arrangements for transportation to the airport.
Please be aware that the Committee on Arrangements anticipates that the maximum reimbursement rate for airfare and/or mileage will be $425. If you anticipate your air travel expense to exceed these guidelines, or you believe you need to fly to a different airport, please email our transportation specialist, Jesse Montgomery, to discuss your options, prior to booking.
NOTE: Rental car expenses will NOT be reimbursed.
Failure to contact Mr. Montgomery may result in your not receiving a full reimbursement.
