New Horizons is published monthly except for a combined issue in August/September by the Committee on Christian Education. Copies are distributed free to members and friends of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, but non-members are asked to donate $20.00 annually.
Intended audience. Because New Horizons is the magazine of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, its primary audience is the membership of the OPC. Although it is recognized that many other people, predominantly church members, read New Horizons, that audience is incidental to the focus of the magazine. Purpose. The purpose in addressing the OPC membership is to inform all readers concerning the faith and life of the church and to build up the whole church, in all its diversity, in the whole knowledge of God, providing instruction on issues that are basic to the Reformed faith as well as on issues that are of particular significance for the Christian faith and life at any given time.
