This is a reminder to clerks of session and other responsible parties that Annual Statistical Reports for 2024 are due March 1, 2025.

Forms are available in two formats: Excel and PDF. If using the PDF version, fill it in by hand and mail it to the statistician, Luke E. Brown, at the address at the bottom of the form.
