Charles and Margaret Biggs

Charles and Margaret Biggs first met in 1990 when they were working for Southern Bell in Atlanta, GA. By early 1991, they were becoming interested in each other, but Margaret was not yet a believer. Charles accepted an invitation to play tennis with her, but after they set a date he decided it would be wise to cancel the meeting since she was not yet a believer. However, in God’s providence, he had lost her number so he wasn’t able to cancel the date. After they finished playing, Margaret suddenly asked Charles: “Who is Jesus?” and was converted in the conversation that followed! They were engaged just a few weeks later and were married on September 14th, 1991 – on Margaret’s birthday! Elisabeth Grace and Esther Hope are their daughters. Pastor Biggs was the church planter and organizing pastor of Ketoctin Covenant Presbyterian Church in Purcellville, VA. He served the congregation from 2003 to 2021. He then accepted a call to serve as the Regional Home Missionary of the Presbytery of the Mid-Atlantic.
