Christian Education Tracts

On April 18, 1944, the Committee on Christian Education reported that the retail value of its tract stock was estimated at approximately $4,000. The previous year the CCE had published 10,000 copies of "Are Christians Anti-Semitic?,” “Bombed on a Battleship,” and “A Tragic Mistake.” It also printed 5,000 copies of CCE General Secretary Floyd Hamilton's tract, "Your Child and the Church." The CCE reported that it was its policy to sell its tracts as close to cost plus postage and handling as possible, but that the Committee was lacking in funding to produce new tracts.
