June 21 Today in OPC History

On this date in 2005, eleven summer internships co-sponsored by the Committee on Christian Education were taking place in Orthodox Presbyterian congregations from coast to coast. Future Orthodox Presbyterian pastors who were interns that summer included John Shaw (Grace OPC, Sheboygan, WI), Kevin Metcalf (Faith OPC, Pole Tavern, NJ), James LaBelle (Calvary OPC, Glenside, PA), J. Mark Sallade (Trinity OPC, Hatboro, PA), Timothy McClymonds (Pilgrim OPC, Metamora, MI), Ethan Allison (Bethel Reformed, Fredericksburg, VA), Scott Davenport (Matthews OPC, Matthew, NC), Benji Swinburnson (Sovereign Grace OPC, Oak Harbor, WA), and Chuck Muether (Christ Presbyterian, Janesville, WI).
