June 26 Today in OPC History

On June 26, 2005, Reformation OPC in Morgantown, West Virginia, celebrated the 58th wedding anniversary of retired OP missionaries Ted and Grace Hard by hosting a luncheon in their honor. In 1953 the Committee on Foreign Missions appointed Ted and Grace to join the Bruce Hunt family in Korea. Ted and Grace would serve the next thirty-five years in Korea, and four years in the Philippines before their retirement in 1992. Even in retirement, Ted and Grace collected theological books for missionaries to use in India and the Philippines. Grace went to be with the Lord in glory in 2007, and Ted in 2009.
