January 8 Today in OPC History

On January 8, 2001, the Ministerial Training Institute of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church started an intensive training session in La Mesa, California, with thirteen students participating. MTIOPC administrator James Thomas helped organize the event at New Life Presbyterian Church and received wonderful help from New Life pastor George Miladin and New Life members Allison Dossett, Lee House, and Suzy Andrecht. Instructors were G.I. Williamson (Westminster Standards), John Muether (OPC History), Stu Jones (Polity), and Bill Shishko and Peter Vosteen (Homiletics).
