On November 10, 1968, ground was broken at the corner of Pilgrim and Edelweiss roads for the new church building of Falls Orthodox Presbyterian Church, Memomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Pastor George Haney had the honor of turning over the first shovelful of ground. Also participating in the ground breaking were Stanley Motley (clerk of session), Robert Otte (president of the Board of Trustees), Norman DeBaley (ruling elder, Bethel OPC, Oostburg), Vonley Voskuil (ruling elder, Calvary OPC, Cedar Grove), and Arthur Kidd (chairman of the building committee). Mr. Murray DeWaard, a member at Falls Church, then led those present in singing the doxology.
