Reformed Church in United States

2023

On May 11, 1971, the Eureka Classis of the Reformed Church in the United States sent warm fraternal greetings to the Thirty-eight General Assembly of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church. The Classis expressed praise to God for the bond that existed between the two churches. It rejoiced in the help that the OPC had given in the publication of the Trinity Hymnal in the ability to support together the missionary labors of the Rev. Harvie Conn in Korea. The Classis declared, "These areas of work in the church would be restricted considerably if we who are too small in number would have to carry them out alone. Much thanks is due to God and your denomination for your generous sharing of this work that you have done."
